Selangor Dredging buys land
Selangor Dredging Bhd in Malaysia has announced that it intends to acquire three parcels of freehold residential land with a total area of 9.19ha in Taman Melawati, Kuala Lumpur to expand further into property development activities.
In a statement on July 7, the company said its wholly owned unit, SDB Properties Sdn Bhd, had entered into a sales and purchase agreement on July 7 with the landowner, Palm Leisure Sdn Bhd to acquire the land.
